Sports Plus is the proud provider of Perry Meridan Award Jackets.  We have size samples available at our store to ensure a correct fit.  Please bring all items you wish to have sewn on the jacket at the time of order.  Payment is due when the order is placed.  Lead time will be 2 weeks for a jacket we have in stock and 6 weeks if it has to be ordered.  Pricing can be found in the attachment below.
